Bouquets you receive may differ in likeness to the flowers and colours you see on the website. This is due to fluctuations within the flower market, as not all flowers are available at one time. However they will still be in the same design style.

Some flowers may appear to be in bud when they are arrive to you, therefore differing from the photos online. This is so you can enjoy the flowers for longer.

We do not accept refunds or returns.

If there are any problems with the flowers you have purchased you must contact Mollie at m✿llie’s flowers via email, hello@molliesflowers.co.uk, within 24 hours of receiving the bouquet. From this we will do our best to resolve the matter and make sure you are fully satisfied. If you contact us after 24 hours from receiving the flowers, there is nothing that can be done.
